It certainly is one thing to see a mistake in a show, especially one so blant as the ones in this week episodes of Gundam Seed Destiny. Not real spoilers about the episode in this.
First of all, they apparently incorrectly labeled the episode 21, instead of 22. Heard they publicly apologized this little gaffed in Japan. Of course, it is not as bad as the next one.
Second apparently was a screw-up in the animation department as the image of the Impulse Gundam was replaced with the image of Strike Gundam from Gundam Seed during the fight. Note, that Strike Gundam has not made any actual appearence in the Seed Destiny so far, so this little image screw up during a fight is quite a spectacle.
I mean it is one thing for one gaff in the episode production. Though the fact they got these two which are quite far off is a surprise.
